What does it entail?

You will receive a personalised training plan to meet your goals as well as in-person motivational coaching which will help you build sustainable activity and movement habits which you enjoy.

    Session info

    • In-person coaching sessions are predominantly outdoors, with optional in-gym sessions included when appropriate

    • All in-person sessions are 60 mins long

  • I predominantly coach clients outdoors (Glasgow South), but over the winter months client can opt to move their sessions into a small private gym in Shawlands at an extra cost. I also provide at home coaching on request.

2:1 Personal Training

Is this for you?

You and your partner have similar goals and want a structured approach which will help you achieve these.

You will receive a personalised training plan to meet your and your partners goals, as well as motivational and fun in-person coaching which focuses on movement which brings you joy.

What does it entail?

    • Sustainable goal-setting

    • Reactive flexible 4-week programming

    • In-person coaching

    • Nutrition advice

    • Reduced price for any Moving Parts classes

  • Block pricing:

    4-week block (4x in-person sessions once a week) = £220 (£110pp)

    Want to add another session that week? £20 any extra session

Online Coaching

You live outside of Glasgow, have a busy schedule or would simply prefer remote coaching.

Is this for you?

You will receive a personalised training plan to meet your goals as well as motivational virtual coaching with the assistance of an activity trackers which will help you build sustainable activity and movement habits which you enjoy.

What does it entail?

    • Sustainable goal-setting

    • Reactive flexible 4-week programming

    • Bi-monthly performance review (via video call)

    • Weekly Whatsapp check-ins

    • Nutrition advice

    • Food diary analysis

  • Block pricing:

    3 month block = £210 (£70 per month)

    Pay as you go:

    £80 per month (pay as you go)

Session coaching

Is your schedule very busy, irregular and/or unpredictable? Do you want in-person motivational coaching and guidance to work out, but can’t commit to a long-term programme?

Is this for you?

What does this entail?

If you book in for Session Coaching you will receive 1 hr of in-person motivational coaching. Choose from pre-designed session plans covering: upper or lower body mobility and/or strength endurance; full body strength endurance; or a cardio focused session (interval running or sprints).

Partner session coaching available on request.

  • 1hr in-person coaching (outdoors) =  £30*
