Thrills & Drills is a football skills and fitness session designed for anyone who wants to improve their ability, but doesn’t have access to any football coaching.

Perfect for those who regularly play casual or grassroots 5s or 7s, and want to practice individual skills, touch, passing and movement on and off the ball. Alongside football skills these session build on individual match fitness, reaction time, speed, agility, and balance.

Sessions are co-facilitated by Porteous 121 coach Emma, and Moving Parts personal trainer Jan.

I absolutely loved the session and it definitely eased me back into fitness! I really enjoyed being with such an inclusive group of people too. Thank you for putting these sessions on. It means a lot to people that don’t otherwise feel comfortable in new groups.
